| - I've been working out with Brandon for not quite two months--and it's amazing. He's aware that I am crazy--not dangerous--just colorful. I am not 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 anymore. I'd been working out with a fabulous trainer at another facility for almost five years and he decided to pursue a new career path outside of Arizona. He and I looked around the gym and didn't really see who I could work with and not continually compare that individual to the fab trainer who became a part of our family. Then he suggested Premier Fitness--a very different atmosphere, small, unique, creative, owned by two amazing guys Greg and Brandon. I knew them a bit, and know Greg's Dad who raves about Premier Fitness (of course). So D called Brandon and gave him a heads up, and I did a visit. I thought "okay, I'll give it a try. I'm game for anyone who is game to put up with me!" I need high energy, challenging, push me to the limit training.
Brandon is awesome! He's got the professionalism, education, experience and savvy to handle me. I love to punch, kick and smash. I need to gain core strength and balance; and be told "no you cannot toss that 150 lb tire yet" .
I also noticed that there are clients there who are all across the board, older, younger; fitness freaks and those who just want to be more fit and healthy; moms with daughters; people with some physical ailments; it's a great place.
Brandon works me til I cry "uncle" which isn't often but does happen. He's creative to keep me energized--I get bored easily. We do things differently--free weights, no real machines, TRX bands which are incredible for core, you name it. We do it.
It's a place you need to look into if you are interested in really having someone help you make a difference in your health, fitness and your body!
