We ordered the signature menu. It was very nicely done. The cheese was served towards the end of the meal and just blew us away. Any thoughts of leaving this place without a full stomach were put to rest by the cheese cart. After the meal, the chef came out and invited us to tour the kitchen. It was small, busy, well planned and very clean. I know if it was anything other than what I described, he would not have invited us. Regardless, it was very impressive. This is a regular spot for us every visit to LV.
