rev:text	Prior to going to this place I had went to the swap meet and there was a phone place that had called IPhone Dr to see if they could fix my phone. The man on the phone said "Yes, but have her bring it and well tell her how much". I then went to the store and let them know that the phone was damaged and the camera didn't work. (I didn't specify "water") The girl took my phone to the back, didn't tell me how long it was going to be, and estimate, nothing. I went to sit down to wait and I was waiting like 20 minutes.They then wanted me to sign a form and as I began to read, it specified "once they do a diagnostic, they are not responsible for any damages after. RED FLAG!!! And I didn't sign. Still no update. So I asked how long it would be. The response was "were not sure, he's opening it right now but come back in 30 minutes". I lived about 20 minutes from this place and I definitely was NOT going home and coming back. I asked him can he close my phone and ill come back because I was not advised that they had to open it and I was unable to wait. He then came and showed me the fried motherboard (whatever that is) and some other damages. They closed my phone and gave it back to me and told me "You need to take it to a Sprint store and get another one". Now mind you, BEFORE I STEPPED FOOT in this store, EVERYTHING worked on my phone EXCEPT my camera. I was never told "If we open your phone, there's a possibility it won't come back on". I was stuck with no phone for over a week, and because my insurance doesn't cover "water damage" I had to pay a pretty penny for a new one.
