  • Honestly I am so upset. This new product was suppose to launch July 16th for the highlighter by Becca called Champagne pop. I have waiting for two months for Jaclyn Hill to launch her sponsored product with Becca and instead of buying it online I waiting till it came in stores. I called that Thursday to make sure they had it before I wasted my time, the manager informed me they were already out of stock. How could this happen when it came out today and the store didn't open till 10 I said. She informed me, they sold them early. This is not fair. I am a frequent buyer from this store and was in 3 times that week and I could of bought it then. I even talked with a consultant about it and she never said anything about it being out. It's now Monday, I called today to see if it came on their new shipment like the manager said it may, and it's still not in stock. It's a limited edition and it looks like I will be buying it online instead. Completely wrong to sell something before the launch date. I'm very disappointed.
