  • I have had them for a year beforehand so I am a returning customer and I loved them so much that I asked them to come out a few times before I move because I cannot handle bugs. My original review was because I was seeing loads of bugs after them coming to my house twice. After they came out the third time I am still seeing bugs but I can definitely say it has gone down. I was able to talk to the guy and show him what the bugs looked like and he figured out what kind they were! They are a great company, which is why I still stayed in contact with them. I just wish they would've been able to help me before I made a review. You have to talk to the right people to have them work with you, so I do appreciate that they have been trying to help me out. I would like to say that I never said they were a bad company, I just had a bad experience and they corrected it. So don't be discouraged, those bugs will go away eventually.
