  • Worst service experience I have ever encountered. I made an appointment a week in advance for a diagnostic check on my Ford pick up. I brought the truck in promptly at 8:15 AM and waited for the service to be completed. An hour later, the service rep indicates that they are backed up, and that I should leave the truck with them for a few hours. I return at 5:00 PM to pick up the truck, and they had not even started working on it! The service rep indicated that if I leave the truck with them overnight, he would prioritize the service for the next morning. I go to pick up the truck at 4:00 PM the next day, and they still had not started the service! I picked up the truck and drove it home. No apologies, just an offer to complete the service on Monday morning. Are you serious?! Two days of promises by the Service Department and I still walked away with no service. Needless to say, I will never set foot on the lot again. If you want prompt and reliable customer service go elsewhere!
