  • Not happy with this location.... I had to deposit a check for which I needed the funds immediately. In accordance with their Bank guidelines I can deposit checks like I normally do and expects no holds. However The Tempe location told me that since I don't deposit checks with that branch specifically they had to put a hold on it for something like 2 weeks. I tried to speak with the manager and asked them to look at my previous deposit history and balance with NATIONAL Bank of AZ. Still they acted as if the Tempe branch was a completely separate bank with no history of me what so ever and denied releasing the hold. I was treated like a scam artists trying to cash bad checks. while employees literally gawked at me as I attempting to get this thing cleared up.... The only reason I am staying with NBAZ is cause their double tree ranch location knows how to do it right. I called up the double tree ranch location and they cleared the hold immediately ... Tempe was completely unprofessional made me feel like a criminal and most importantly wasted my time.
