  • If I could give this 0 rating I would! This was seriously the worst service I have ever received. I was desperate for a mani because of an upcoming engagement photoshoot and decided to go to Ray Daniels because it's close to work. First, the girl made me wait for 15 minutes to start and then had me remove my own nail polish!! She proceeded to "clean" my cuticles using a rusty clipper and filed my nails shorter than I had asked using a worn out nail file. When I told her how displeased I was with the way my nails looked and how sloppy of a work she did, she had the nerve to blame it on! She said I asked for the whole nail to be covered so she got some on my skin. Hmmm excuse me?! Yeah she went there! First of all, between the 2 sides of each nail she basically left half the nail bare. And second of all, should a professional not know how to properly cover the nail without getting nail polish all over the skin?! I didn't realize wanting your whole nail covered was such a ridiculous demand. At the end when it was time to pay she told me that she charges minimum $35 for her service but because I was unhappy she would give me $10 off. She didn't even deserve $5 for what she did to my nails. Needless to say, I now have to wake up early tomorrow to get my nails fixed by a REAL professional.
