I wish I could give more than 2 stars. As far as the experience in the store goes, that was 5 stars. Where they lose stars is in the delivery! 15 minutes before my 3 hour window started, they called to tell me that my love seat wasn't there, only the couch. They couldn't tell me why and told me I had to call customer service. After speaking with customer service and their promise to call me back within 30 minutes.. 3 hours later I was on the phone again because I never received a call back. Now my love seat won't be delivered for 2 more days. They had a week to be sure they had both pieces, and waited until the last minute to let me know. I will give more stars, when and IF they make this right
