  • We are loyal Marriott customers and were disappointed. Letters to management went unreturned. Not the Marriott I knew. Rollaway bed was not made up. We found this out at 11.00 pm and had to call to find out there was a shortage of bedding. Loud, disruptive behavior in the halls after 11pm. Calls to front desk did not stop the noise. Clearly, a security guard is needed during sporting events. We felt unsafe and uncared for at this property.
