  • Worst customer service ever!! If you ever need to return something, good luck!! You are going to be stuck with the product because they make it impossible. I've been calling them and emailing them for the past month now, trying to get a return invoice. They never get back to me and they never answer the phone, I've been on hold for 20 min and even longer than that. it's impossible to send it back because you cannot download the return invoice from their website like any other website allowes you to.
