  • Pros: Awesome customer service by all staff Never felt hounded by sales staff. Yet close enough when I needed them Relaxed environment Product flyers that give price and dimensions of furniture Delivery was just as promised Lots of options Something available for ANY budget, I saw couches priced under $300 Many furniture pieces, but not all, have additional colors choices available at no additional charge Easy delivery set up Great price for delivery Cons: On the other side of town Had to go back to the store to purchase the warranty, after I had been told I could do it over the phone when I was ready. Waited in line for about 15 minutes to purchase said warranty when no one else was in line, but I was apologized to over and over again for that happening. HUGE delivery window I feel that I am really grasping to find the cons. My experience was way better then I expected. The pieces I ordered were special order so I had to wait for them to be made. I was dreading delivery, since we had read the other reviews. When they arrived in Las Vegas, Living Spaces gave me a call on Thursday and We set up delivery date of that coming Sunday. Now while the 7 hour window is a bit much in my opinion, it is no different then waiting for any other service to show up to your home (Computer repair, AC, Plumber, Cable, etc). I was given a window of 8 am-3 pm. On the day of delivery I received a phone call from the delivery crew at 8:00 am stating they would show up in 20 minutes. Upon a prompt arrival, four delivery men had my three couches (one was a queen sleeper sofa that took some maneuvering to get into the guest room) set up in my house with in 20 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with them!! They were all very courteous and very professional, as were all the sales people who assisted me on my furniture adventure inside Living Spaces. I highly recommend Living Spaces and I will definitely be returning.
