  • We have used this company to manage a couple rental properties for us since 2014 and have been happy with their communication, response, and accounting. Issues and problems have come up, but they have responded with fairness and promptness that I don't think you will find with the majority of property management companies. When you are reading reviews for property management companies, it is helpful to keep in mind that they are the "middle man" and they get complaints from both ends (tenant / landlord). I feel this company has integrity, and because of this, I have recommended Beehive to two other friends who needed a management company because they have earned their trust with me.
