I have gone to Nice Nails on many occasions and the pedi/mani is getting worse rather than better. Below is a message I sent to the Manager almost 2 weeks ago via their site and a follow up... no response; you be the judge on whether you want to go there...it's one thing for an employee not to do a proper job, but when it's escalated and no response = no business from me. LOTS of other places to give my $$$ to.
To the Manager,
i was just at your place this afternoon (around 4pm) to have an underarm wax and mani/pedi. I am very disappointed with the service I received with respect to my mani/pedi...I barely got any sort of massage on my feet; nothing on my legs... and the same for my hands! I also did not get any mask / product on my legs and/or a hot towel - I saw the other ladies with a mud mask or something on their legs. What's ironic is this round, I chose not to have any polish on either hands or feet, as I plan to come back in about 3 weeks before holidays to have another. The icing on the cake is the fact that I didn't even get a stamp on my card! I put it on the counter when I paid for my services ($45), and only realized when I was at Shoppers when I opened my wallet. I live around Yonge and Lawrence and I pass at least 4 other places for me to get my services done, but I choose your establishment as the service is usually good. But the last time and today... I will reconsider.
I trust you will contact me to speak to this complaint. Note: You (man) were not around when I was leaving, and the young lady that completed all my services (wearing a sweater with stars on it) checked me out. Very disappointed.
