  • Caterology is frequently a provider of lunch at my office. Their food is outstanding. They always bring the freshest salads, sandwiches, and their homemade potato chips are just disgustingly good. I don't even LIKE potato chips -- but damn, those ones kick some serious ass. They make the best salad dressings too. I'm extremely picky about salad dressings. Sometimes I even eat my salad dry because I would rather eat a dry salad than eat dressing that I don't like. But Caterology makes a cilantro-and-something-or-other salad dressing (NOT the actual name) that is probably one of the best dressings I have ever had. I want the recipe! If you're looking for a great lunch for an event you should call Caterology. You won't be disappointed.
