  • I had heard so many great things about this business from personal contacts to reviews here on yelp. I went in about a month ago to get a car wash and a representative noticed a small chip (about half the size of a pinky nail) near the top of my windshield. He approached me, expressing that if my insurance covered small damages like this, he could have it fixed very easily and quickly. With my insurance on board, I gave him the approval to fix it. Some time later, the same rep comes to deliver the awful news. The small chip spread to a full size crack on my windshield. I'm talking about a side to side, major crack that anyone could notice a mile away. The rep explained that the job should have been easy but because of the heat and the chip being on the upper side of the windshield, this was a possibility. He SHOULD have warned me before because I would have told him to just leave it alone. He admit he should have as well and it's my guess that he just wanted the sale. I kept my cool and asked him to get it fixed to which he replied that I would have to pay for it. What?!! I asked for him managers name and number. He game me a name and number of someone who doesn't even work there and nobody seems to know. I contacted the store clerk to ask if I could speak to the manager and he's always away or not in at the moment. this has been going on for a month. I contacted corporate and never received a response. I was even encouraged by the representative to buy window replacement insurance and then lie to my insurance about when the crack happened to they would replace it for me. Not only is that unethical but I'm fairly confident it is illegal too! All in all, this business has been shady at best with it's lack of upper management presence, terrible service and immoral and illegal tactics with insurance. I would strongly recommend not placing your business here with their glass department. On the other hand, their car was was very good.
