| - If I could give less than 1 star I would. He deserves to be shut down. No customer service whatsoever. Plain rude and uncalled for.
First off, I wasn't even really trying to go here. We were next door at T-Mobile and I was letting my son run around outside. I noticed a toy store with an open sign next door so I tried to open the door, it was locked, saw the "ring bell for service" sign, had to run and catch my child who was walking away.
We ran around out front for a couple minutes, my wife still wasn't done in T-Mobile so I figured I'd pick up our son and go ring the bell and check out the toys. Christmas is coming! When I get to the door, I see a guy standing there looking at me so I wave and wait for him to open the door (thinking it would be rude to still ring the bell when he sees me standing there already). He continues standing behind the counter staring at me and starts pointing back at me (at the sign) angrily. So, confused, I ring it. He come storming over and unlocks the door. I asked if he was open or not, and boy you would think I just slapped his mother.
He started yelling at me. Telling me how he is open but people need to learn to read and I didn't ring the bell etc etc. All while standing in the doorway. I'm trying to calmly explain to him how I read the sign but didn't think it was necessary to ring it if he was standing there staring at me. He didn't like that. I couldn't understand much other than cussing through his thick accent. I'm holding my 1 year old, in the doorway, getting yelled and cussed at for trying to come in a toy store?! This close to Christmas?! Then he closed the door in my face!
I opened the door and told him how I felt about him and went back next door to T-Mobile.
THIS MAN THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO WALK BY THE T-MOBILE STORE AND FLIP ME OFF !
