  • So disappointed today. I've been coming here for years for car washes and oil changes. Typically they do a decent job. Today I went in for an oil change. I declined the car wash since I just got my car washed a few days ago. My husband and I sat down and waited and after a bit we thought we should check to see if they were done. We went over to the oil change area and saw my car was parked off to the side with the hazard lights blinking. We asked the associate who helped us if it was ready. He said yes, but he was unsure how we could get our car out. It was trapped back in the mechanic area. The only way out would be through the car wash or through the hand wash area where a car was parked. I asked if we could just exit through the car wash (my car didn't need it but it was the fastest way out). He said only if I wanted to pay for a car wash. Really? You parked our car off to the side and are making us wait unnecessarily because our car is trapped in and you're going to charge us to drive through the car wash to get out? It's not our fault that you have a bad set up! So are we supposed to stand around all day until the car move out of the hand wash area so we can drive through? So he radioed someone and had them move the car so we could drive through the hand wash area. God forbid you give a paying customer a free car wash which I swear I saw signs that it comes with an oil change anyway. I do not appreciate that attitude. You should take care of your customers. Who knows how long we would have sat and waited for our car if we hadn't gone looking for it. This treatment means I won't be back. Not good customer service. Today's visit was one star, I have two stars because they've been adequate in the past.
