  • I had shoulder surgery for a torn labrum on January 7, and I found Dr. Tingey and his team to be highly competent, caring, professional in every way. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The communication wth him before and since the surgery was clear and reassuring, his follow up has been dependable through answering all questions from both my wife and me, providing prescriptions for physical therapy, medication when needed and office visits to monitor my progress. They return phone calls in a timely fashion, and his team went above and beyond to straighten out a snafu with my insurance for a machine I rented at the suggestion of Dr. Tingey. Brian, a member of Dr. Tingey's team that handles billing, went to bat for me with my insurance company and within 24 hours the problem was straightened out. And one more thing, I never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Tingey, and yet I never felt rushed during an office visit. I wish I could give more than five stars.
