  • Poorly managed complex. Takes advantage with a sly smile. Has been charging each of 4 roommates (without notifying them) $200/month because electricity paperwork wasn't completed as they wanted (again.....without a notification to ANYONE). A roommate moved out (who was immediately replaced with another renter) and 922 Place just notified them of stacking charges after months of charges building up which no one had any idea. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. POOR FOLLOW-THROUGH. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/BLDG TO ANYONE. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE.
