  • Arizona Pediatric Eye Specialist customer service is the WORST. When you call their 480-835-0709 number you are on hold for 4 minutes before you even get a live person. I needed info on my daughter's eye condition seen by Dr. Underdahl and they said I needed to speak to the Mesa location. I asked for the direct number & was told they could only transfer me. When I dared to ask why I couldn't have the direct number I was then told, "Who said you could do that" and "If they want to do you like that." Apparently the Mesa location number is a carefully guarded secret because you can only get their voice mail when transferred. The wait times were horrible and after today's rudeness I'm moving my child to another Dr., somewhere nice and safe. "Who said you could do that?" I did, because I'm her mother!
