  • Every so often the party scene changes in this city. I remember vividly when the Hard Rock as the place to go 15 years ago. You would hardly see anyone over 30 in the clubs back then. As a new hotel opened up the Palms became the place to go with it's Ghostbar. Cosmopolitan appears to be one of the best party hotels on the strip these days. This place appears to be thumping and bumping. You come here in the evening and it's like walking into one big night club with go-go dancers dancing on stands and elaborate lights and decor. Drinks are flowing and there appear to be people everywhere with deep bass music! Beware **** there can be some aggressive intoxicated-inebriated people like I've witnessed and the scene can get pretty sloppy as the night gets later. Also this is known to be a big place where lots of call girls come to try to sell their services to you. If you see a group of girls out together chances are they are not call girls. If you see single girls coming up to you being extra friendly be cautious. I'm not saying they are all shady, but beware. As far as hotels go it's definitely the younger crowd and the part crowd who appear to be enjoying a good time here. We shall see how long it lasts!
