| - In fairness, this place has potential because it does have a lot of neat things; that being said, I did leave it a star. If it wasn't for that, I would not even dare to leave a review because nothing else is worth a single star. First of all, the lady (probably the owner) was NOT friendly at all. I feel like she is more of a buy-something-or-leave-now type of person.
My friend was browsing around and checked out some garments that were on display. There was a sign next to it that he innocently did not notice. The lady saw him and rudely said, "the sign says, nothing on the table is for sale SOOO please don't touch it". It would have been nice if she said it in a warning tone; however, she got plain rude over an honest mistake. Anyway, the same friend was also checking out this old chest that he was hoping to purchase. He opened to see the condition (there was NOOOOOOOOOOOO sign saying that it cannot be touched) and there she goes again with her Ms. Rude-olf attitude telling him not to touch it because it was "fragile". If she doesn't want anything touched, then she should have put VISIBLE signs EVERYWHERE. An art event/festival takes place in this area every first Friday of the month, where thousands of people gather and check out places like this. It is honestly unavoidable to have EVERY fragile items untouched without any visible warnings.
To top it off, majority of the items being sold there were OVERPRICED. I've seen many things that I ALWAYS find at a thrift stores that would cost dramatically less. If I were you, I'd rather go to Vintage Vegas or Retro Vegas, which are both in the same area.
