  • Grew up in NE Ohio and now live in Central Ohio. The last time I saw the inside of Tower City Center it was 1991 and the place was amazing. What a disappointment now, however, to see that it appears to be on the decline. The clientele has changed and the stores don't seem to take any pride now in the location they are in. Even the Hard Rock Cafe has a sign that is only half lit up now and makes it look like they just don't care to invest in fixing it because they know it is inevitable. I have seen many malls go lately and based on experience I would say this one is definitely heading out to pasture unless someone turns something around soon. The architecture is still beautiful and it could turn around if someone just finds a way to breathe new life into it. What a shame to see it die a slow death.
