  • So unfortunate that these people are SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called to see if I could get my eyebrows done and they said "yes of course come on in" and so I got in my car and drove 15 minuets to have them say they couldn't because they were closing in 20 minuets when I've had my eyebrows done at other Ulta's before in less than ten so I know it wouldn't take that long! Too bad they don't know how to train their employees to know what to say on the phone when someone calls! They absolutely have no customer service skills! Absolutely WILL NOT be trying to go back to them which is bad because now I'll be taking my money elsewhere!!
