  • I have been a customer of Sunnyside for several years now after moving back from FL where I purchased my 2007 Honda Fit. Sunnyside does have a comfortable waiting area with couches, chairs, TV, wifi, free snacks, and sometimes hotdogs as the other reviews do mention. Overall the service seems to be good & efficient. Sometimes I am leery of this operation, for example one visit I am told one thing (brakes need immediate work) and then the next visit the same issue which I didn't fix last time, gets completely over looked. So are they up-selling or screwing off? My car runs well, so I lean towards up-selling and always view things from any car dealership with a suspicious eye. I usually have no problem making any appointment or getting the specific kind of oil change I want. I absolutely despise the oil change stickers placed on windows or anywhere in my vehicle. There is a reason they make them with oil level meters and there is a reason I always get full synthetic! I will continue to business here unless there are amazing deals elsewhere or I hit a major issue with them...in which case, I'll be sure to update this review.
