  • I am a loyal Volvo customer and went to the Phoenix Volvo to get my new Volvo. I have never dealt with worse customer service in my entire life. I dealt with salesman Will Taylor and General Manager Ulises Osuna. After much negotiation in person and over the phone, we agreed on a price. I went back in to the dealership to finalize the deal, and after having me wait 2 and a half hours and speak to multiple people, they then said the price had magically gone up and there was nothing they could do about it. These are dishonest, untrustworthy people who will try to swindle you. Please do not waste your time or money here.
