| - I stopped going to the original location because the staff was always so rude. They would talk about customers ask they walked in and that made me extremely uncomfortable. When I received an email inviting me back and the location was in Henderson, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to find a new nail salon.
I scheduled my appointment a day before my birthday. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Well, I asked for a gel manicure but the girl said it was a waste of money and she didn't think I should do it. I listened...but I think she just didn't feel like doing it. My nails needed it, but they weren't bad in a way that it would be a lot of work for her. Anyway, after hearing her life storie and very personal details for almost two hours, I was finished.
The gel was uneven and some nails were super thick, while others weren't. I had to work after, so I didn't have time to have them redone. A week after my birthday, I had the gel polish taken off because it already looked like I had them on for two weeks! Clearly, she did not put the gel close enough to my cuticles. Once the gel was taken off, my natural nail was ripped. It took months for it grow out where it looks normal now.
Needless to say, I won't be returning.
