  • Worst customer service skills I have encountered. Take a mower in to be fixed they replace the wrong part then tell me they have to replace 2 other parts after I have to take it back a second time and they want to charge double what they did the first time. I ask them to put some of the first cost into the second cost since the issue was not resolved but they won't. You know its bad when the manufacturer of the mower is cheaper then this place. Do not recommend this place to anyone. They like to put the blame on the customer.
