  • Shysters!!!!! There should be a negative rating available. They convinced my mother to renew her support for 2 years and then when we tried to cancel, they told me she had a year left and that since she'd use the "service" (and I use that term loosely) for more than 6 months and they couldn't refund any of the money. They also said she called them all of the time. Come to find out, they called her incessantly and wanted to "tune up" her computer. They said it was a courtesy call. After I questioned them, they then said she only had a few months left on her contract, when I pressed further, they refused to tell me when it expired. They loaded a shortcut on her menu bar for EVERY program or web address she visited frequently. You couldn't find anything. Someone should investigate them for fraud.
