rev:text	Epic fail! Came in for a gel mani and pedi. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. It was baby theme, for my upcoming baby shower. While the mani/pedi aspect was standard the design is not at all as pictured. The staff lacked confidence in the design and quite frankly it looks awful. If I wasn't 8+months pregnant I may have been happy to sit longer for the correction. Instead I was offered 10% my next visit! Seriously? A mess up for a major event is an epic failure. Now I will pay again to have someone do it right! So sad my usual nail tech at another salon could not fit me in this week! So so upset! By the way horrible service recovery! So if u want anything beyond basic go somewhere else. Seems they cared more about getting my cash then ensuring what I requested was what I got! How on earth u can't re-create a picture is beyond me! Sorry Cindy did u see the nick in my finger? Had about 5 of those on my toes! Had these nails done 12 days ago! Had 2 baby showers last week and now u want me to come and have them fixed? Guess what I took them off 2 days ago because they were not at all what I was supposed to have. The nail tech who removed them found them entertaining!
