  • If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. I read alot of reviews on here where others complained about the owner's rude behaviour and I am definitely confirming that Oksana has no etiquette in dealing with customers and she is extremely argumentative. In my last radio frequency treatment she kept turning different dials when I clearly indicated that my skin was feeling extremely hot and burning. I called later that evening to tell her that I have red marks on my skin and I want a refund. She returned my call later today after I called back again, stating I cannot get a refund because I didn't take pictures. She also was arguing with me and using her cell phone while doing the treatment on me which is a radio frequency machine. I am definitely concerned for other customers. I do not recommend this place at all and she told me that I cannot be refunded as I purchased my package through groupon. Please stay away from this place. I do not understand how this business has been running for 14 years and I will never ever recommend anyone to her. I was treated horribly and I hope that others read this review and decide to go to another place where they will be treated professionally.
