Here is an excerpt from an unbelievable response to my review, provided by the restaurant two months after the fact: "...I chose not to respond to you because your letter had a voice that was disingenuous and mechanical, publicly accusatory and defaming.
I am grateful to be of service, and response duly to every guest complaint but you have made a terroristic act in your public display and I do not feel any need to respond to that.
