  • I went in with a Groupon and it being my first time getting eyelash extensions. Initially I loved how they looked and thought they were worth the maintenance for special occasions. After about a week, the eyelashes began to fall out with my actual eyelashes attached! Once they all fell out, I barely had any of my own lashes left. Now I can't even put mascara on. Here's the worst part: I texted them to let them know what had happened and asked for a refund ONLY for the fill appointment I was pressured into booking and paying for ahead of time. Their response was that they don't do refunds. They care as long as money isn't the issue.
