  • I phoned to place the order and Alex answered - he's very charming, polite, and professional and took the time to describe available flowers and make suggestions. In the end, I asked him to put together a bouquet based on what he thought would be springlike and beautiful. My mother was thrilled with the flowers, which she said were spectacular, and with the large pink bow around the package, which she said was very unusual and a beautiful, thoughtful touch. We will definitely turn to Alex's the next time we need flowers delivered in Pittsburgh.
