  • Tonight theses stars go out to the Pharmacy staff. I have to admit I tried to go to a closer pharmacy to fill my antibiotic script after work just because I am not feeling good. They tell me my script cannot be processed because there is a discrepancy with my info not matching the insurance company. That pharmacist told me to call to fix the issue so they can process my script. I told them to just give me my script back and I would go to Fry's were they have no issues with my insurance. Needless to say I drove to Fry's, I was in and out in less than 10 mins. When you are feeling under the weather that makes a world of difference. Honestly my encounter with all the staff at Fry's have been wonderful. From crazy busy days when registers are not working properly. To being the one stating behind the angry customer seeing the cashier flustered but still handling the situation with a smile. You guys have great staff all around!!
