  • Overall a pleasant experience living here but the apts are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I pay $989 for a one bedroom apt that's only 800 sq ft. Looking to move out soon. Location on boulder hwy is also a big negative. The area is run down and dirty - I would give a high rating though for the maintenance crew here.. They do a stellar job taking care of tenants.
