  • This is a review for National Car Rental which seems to be associated with Alamo. The pickup of the car at the airport rental center went smooth and quickly. The person at the counter quickly gave his speech regarding insurance and road hazard protection and without any hassle. I declined and then went to the car area to get my car. The man with the tie at the car lot was polite and considerate and even gave me an upgrade at no extra charge because there was only one economy car left. I ended up getting a flat tire in Las Vegas the next day. I put on the spare and took the car back to the airport rental agency. They provided a choice of another car at the same upgraded category for no extra charge. They also did not charge me for the flat tire even though I declined the road hazard protection. Each of the individuals from the checker of the returned car to the man with the tie and the lady that checked me out with the exchanged car were considerate, professional and got me out with my new rental car within 10 minutes. All this service at the best rental price for my car and then not charging or giving me any hassle for the flat tire is as awesome as it gets.
