  • Horrible!!!! I had a return and Jessica at the front desk felt the need to tell for her co-worker right in my face. Then I was looking for a certain model carpet cleaner that they only had the display so I went in the back to ask if they had the item in stock. 6 associates walked past without asking what I needed. I hit a button to ask for a associate after standing back there for another 15 minutes and 3 more associates walking past I just decided to take my business elsewhere. This place needs new management and to be more selective when doing hiring. Honestly they should be embarrassed.......
