Do not live here especially if you have pets. Not only is it $35/month per pet but a $300 per pet deposit. Or is it a fee? Or deposit? They told me both and now they're saying I owe money for move out due to pet damage that would be covered by a deposit, but now they're saying it was a fee and doesn't cover anything. So I have them $1650 over the course of my lease and it was all for nothing? None of this was explained at move-in and reading the lease it reads that you're liable for anything over the deposit (my cost was under). All in all I paid all that for my dogs and they want more for the carpet when there was nothing wrong and just needed to be cleaned.
I moved out because my rent went up approx $160 per MONTH at my first renewal. Absolutely ridiculous. When I asked why so much they basically said supply and demand and there's only a few one bedrooms left. So there's no loyalty to existing residents and you want people to churn out so you can just make more money? And forcing a technology package I don't need and garbage service I barely use?
Overall, don't live here. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Management just gives you corporate responses for your questions and doesn't care if you stay or go.
