  • Other than Jeff who helped me pick out a printer... It feels like nobody works here. The staff is so unhelpful that it's actually painful. They used to have a girl in the copy center who has since left (I don't blame her) who was AWESOME... I think her name was Mariella or something? Now the new girl who is usually there is cold and not all that helpful. There was a girl in the copy center today with blonde hair and a permanent frown on her face who was not only unhelpful but rude. She was doing nothing when I went in around 11am. I dropped off two 5x7 images - I needed them enlarged. Just 1 copy each. She said they were backed up and rolled her eyes when I asked when she thought they'd be ready. I told her I wanted to pick them up this afternoon. Went back in at 3pm and she was still sitting there and hadn't gotten to them. Also- still rude and miserable. I ended up taking them back and getting them enlarged at Duncan-Parnell where they were nice, helpful and quick. Honestly if you see this blonde girl behind the desk at the copy center- run. She's just the worst and will make you feel like you're an inconvenience to her. Staples- please get Mariella back!!!! (Still not sure if that was her name...)
