  • I was not even able to make an appointment because I do not use credit cards. The explanation that I've received is: " we have 24 hour cancellation policy, what if you cancel or don't come in in time for your appointment?" - I offered to come in person, so they can have copy of my Driver's License or leave a cheque, so I can book my appointment....and they responded that they cannot do anything for me. Very disappointed .
