  • Buyer beware! We bought a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T Road & Track. We were told we had "tires for life" and that in order to be enrolled in this special offer, we had to have our service done at their service department. We signed the form and a "manager" signed the form. It's not been quite a year yet, but we have had all our servicing done at their service department. We have had to drive almost an hour to the dealership in order to do this. Last week when we had the car serviced, we were told that one of the tires needed replacing because it had excessive wear (we were at 21,000 miles). We reminded them that we had "tires for life" and were then told that since we had performance tires (Eagle F1 supercar) they would only cover $600 of the new tire cost. That was news to us. I guess we should have taken a lawyer with us when buying the car. It seems that the tires that were on our car at time we bought weren't eligible for the "tires for life" program because they were performance tires. We should not have even been given that form to sign or told we had "tires for life" because in reality, we didn't. Sneaky liars. I'm very angry! I won't ever buy a vehicle from them again and I will make sure I tell everyone.
