  • This review is for the staff in leasing office only as We did not see the community itself. I walk in with my partner to a lady standing up and literally shimmying herself at me saying hello (not kidding). She starts telling me how this complex is "pretty much a big deal" and that "they don't compare" to other apartment complex's. we explain to her we have to be out of our complex by the end of may which wouldn't work as the building is not open yet. She then recommends I sign a month to month lease with my old complex to wait until they open, do you want to pay for that??? Needless to say i was extremely uncomfortable and felt it was a poor customer experience especially with how much money you would be spending there. We couldn't walk out of there quick enough and now live happily across the street. My hope is that this was a fluke and isn't a true representation of the staff but WOW.
