| - Hold up. Stop. Collaborate and listen. Kidding. But, seriously, there are not enough stars in the galaxy to give a rating for Uptown Bridal Boutique.
In your mind, picture the class of Sabrina, the Julia Roberts Pretty Woman feeling (minus the whole hooker thing), the fun (but not crazy part of Bridesmaids), and mix in the rest of your favorite rom-coms about weddings and THEN, magnify that by about a gazillion and you will have the experience I had in choosing my dress at Uptown Bridal.
After being greeted by the friendliest team, the bridal consultant for my appointment (Jenna - ask for her - she's so far beyond stellar :)) made sure to take the appropriate amount of time to get to know me, what my wedding was going to be like, and what I was looking for in a wedding dress - style, color, and price point.
The rest of my appointment was a breeze. Jenna knew exactly how to direct the appoint, by reading my face, being EXTREMELY patient with me (and my 5 person group who are all opinionated, loud, and wonderful :)), and just being the most wonderful cheerful girl I could ask for. I never felt uncomfortable - it was more like having another friend in the group. Jenna knew just what to pick, She found me the dress of my dreams - one that I didn't even know I wanted and so much more! It was the second dress I tried on and I just knew that was the dress I wanted to marry Clayton in - Jenna saw it all over my face too, but she remained respectful and entertained my trying on the remaining three dresses. I went back to that second dress. :)
My dress came in WAY before schedule, and the team at Uptown was fantastic. I came in, and the dress was beautifully displayed for me to try on. I tried it on, remembered how much I loved it, and Jenna helped me out in finding the PERFECT accessories to accent the dress. I ended up walking out with my beautiful dress, gorgeous headband, a exquisite bridal belt, and the most beautiful garter I have ever seen. And the whole time, the customer service from Jenna and the WHOLE team was fantastic. They even gave me a time line for fittings, steam cleanings, etc. for the dress so it will be in tip top shape for my November wedding :)
I had been to a few bridal stores & boutiques before Uptown and they come no where near the service, quality, variation of dress, and cute set-up of Uptown.
Girls, if you, a family member, or friend is looking for a dress, go to Uptown Bridal for the BEST experience.
