  • Paul has helped me out twice since my original review and I appreciate him more each time. Yesterday, he SAVED me money by swapping out a remote on a ceiling fan I thought was bad... Nope- just had a bad remote. Not only did he go to Lowes and get the part... it was $40 cheaper for the remote than a whole new fan (Plus his time). THAT's saying something when someone will go out of their way to save you money.
