This place is just top-notch every time. There are some staples on the menu, but it is constantly changing, depending on customer demand and ever-changing palettes. The chef here is very smart, and is always whipping up some new recipes in the open-kitchen atmosphere, and sharing them with his employees to see what they can tweak.

If I had to describe the food, i'd say american twisted, with a southern/cajun tinge.
