  • This company is completely sketchy. Their sales rep was poorly dressed and groomed. Spoke very unprofessionally and makes promises the company does not plan to keep. All they do is file an insurance claim for you (which takes 15 mins, do it yourself), set up a loose schedule and disappear. I was promised a free tint strip to go on my new glass and the rep even marked it down on the work order. When the tech arrived to install the new windshield he didn't have the tint strip and his work order showed no tint strip. I showed him the one the rep left with me and said he was never told I would get one. He then gave me the manager Jose's, number and told him to call and schedule another appointment for someone else to put the tint on. I called and he never picked up or returned my call. I called the Mesa office and explained the situation to the receptionist. She then said she would get ahold of a tech and have him contact me and set up a schedule. I never received a call from the tech. When I called back the next day, she said he tech had spoken with me and set up an appointment, which was a lie. She then said she would call him again and then call me back. Again, I never received a phone call from either. I've repeated this several times and now they want to send me a $15 check so they don't have to put the strip on my windshield. Very poor business and integrity with this company. Be weary
