  • WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT RENT!!!!! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would. This is the biggest disaster to EVER OPERATE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Terrible customer service, terrible response time, terrible employees. Every single minute of my 12 month lease has been intolerable. If they hadn't forced me to turn over a $5,000 deposit to get into their piece of crap house, I would have ditched them as soon as possible. They have TWO maintenance people on staff for hundreds of disgusting homes, forcing the tenant to work directly with a subcontractor on any issues or concerns - do not expect anything to be repaired quickly. You never know if you're going to speak to a person in Las Vegas, or a different type of MORON from the Southern California call center. If the owners of these homes knew what a TERRIBLE job Haven Homes does managing their properties, they would fire them on the spot. I have never had such a terrible experience dealing with any business in my entire life.
