  • I would love to say the friendly faces when you walk in are the same smiles and greetings when you ask about your vehicles status after waiting 1 hour and 45 min. And your car hasn't even been touched yet. Had I known the time estimate given in the beginning was only a number pulled out of the air I would have found comfort in going down the street to Big O or Goodyear. I give 3 stars because I too work hard for living but could have found better things to do for over 2 hours than wait in their lobby.
